Your other post says to avoid sugary drinks - presumably because of the sugar. Now you want us to have a drink from dates which are very high in sugar. Which is it?

Dates have healthy sugar . You must avoid refined sugar. Even diabetics can take 2-3 dates a day

Look at the GI index to see the absorption rate of the sugar. Raw dates are quite low so its effects on blood sugar will be much slower than refined sugar. Dried dates have a much higher sugar absorption rate. Best to avoid dates coated in glucose syrup. If you have a choice go for the freshest form of the fruit.
