Its not down to anyone else to monitor your food. Your partner is not your keeper so don't blame other people . Unless you were held down and food shoved into your face.
So give yourself the talking to and get back on track with a nice carrot stick.
You obviously have the motivation to change, so it would make things easier to purge your house of the junk food entirely. If it's not there, you won't eat it. Then if you happen to be a coffee drinker, make a cup with just 2/3 cup water and cap it off with half and half or cream. The fat will help satisfy the hunger; and fat, as they are now finding out, doesn't make you fat. That's what fills you up. I'm not a tea drinker, but maybe you can do the same with tea. Losing weight is so much easier when you know what puts on the pounds (carbs) and what doesn't (healthy fats).

Dont buy what you cant eat -my husband buyes his own and keeps it in his car. Extream you might think but i have lost 2 stone and keep the fruit bowel toped up.
