Arroyo Verde - Hike last night

I went for a hike again at Arroyo Verde, and this time I went up higher than before. I took some photos to share. This was a day when I ate carbs/sugars (my bosses birthday) and I really wanted to sweat it out and exercise. Believe me this hike kicked my butt. I am so out of shape, but I made it, and I am looking forward to doing it again! I can see myself getting fit by walking and hiking and running and watching those sugars, and just keeping up with the positive vibes and of course the amazing fasting! Love fasting. Doing another 24 hour fast again today. I swear, I think that's the best of all. At least for me, and my health problems, it's been my saving grace. Nothing makes my body feel better than an extended fast. I'm listening to my body and what makes it feel good. What about a walk on the beach tonight instead? My muscles are really sore!

You’ve got the beach and the mountains. What a lucky girl you are.

I ended up going back up to Arroyo Verde during lunch and skipped the beach in the evening because it got foggy and windy, and I don't like the beach on windy days, it feels like I'm getting sand-blasted. Lol. But I did go back up to hike on my lunch even though I was sore. It was a good day overall. And, the fast went well. I'm going to post about that right now.

Hey good for you as you are enjoying your new found health and the best bit is it will get better. Your hike does look a really amazing place to go when being sandblasted doesn't sound like fun. I look forward to reading about your fast as your enthusiasm is contagious. 😊
