So today i am cooking a chicken,cauiflower cheese,sweetheart cabbage,roast and boiled tiny new potatoes and baby carrots.
It may not sound to healthy,but i tend to now cook most things in my 2 Air fryers,no added fat apart from a smidgen of oil brushed on potatoes.I have a small air fryer and a large one,and i find them invaluable,as i rarely now use my full oven,and everything actually cooks much faster.
My sin of the day is my Traditional English Trifle which i assembled last evening,and i do use a lot of double cream.(naughty) but I was brought up on a dairy farm and cream,butter and cheese were our staples,and luckily these things have not affected my general health,and my doctor,after a yearly review of bloods,examinations,blood pressure,weight,etc...he said whatever you are doing keep doing it because physically your health is excellent......but my mental health ...now thats another story.?
