I just want to say.. how you felt 4 years ago, this does resonate with me (and no doubt many others)....

You are not alone this birthday <3 thank you, for sharing your celebration day here

It can often feel that we are often alone.

I do believe in life and an inherent lifesupport system that pervades our human world, which supports and nourishes us where we care to seek it. At the very essence, in my mind, I see her as Gaia. (I am a Christian, yet see Earth as an entity with a name). Everyone will have their own personal ideas of where love and life springs forth from. The important thing, is that it does spring forth and continues to nourish and feed our spirits/souls/physical and mental beings.

So, here's to continuing to building love & support, and to finding life experiences that nourish and guide us. For me they came from remote wilderness and ancient history. For others, joy stems from so many possibilities.

I'm just grateful that you are feeling good and happy.

Embracing our lives fully & more honestly, as best we can/care to do, is perhaps a challenge worth undertaking. It takes countless efforts/trys/attempts.
