I'm sorry you're going through this. I hope your person showed up. Not sure what you tried already. Can you take a hot bath, watch your favorite show or listen to some music or take a walk. I think you need to talk to your doctor.. that's some really severe anxiety.

Is there a way you can get yourself away from your family on a more permanent basis? I was raised by toxic family and went 2k miles away to have boundaries. I recently moved back to my hometown and having to recreate the boundaries but it’s always a work in progress. I actually had to disown both parents this year. If you’re a minor, definitely call cps and tell them your experience. If they find abuse, they can help you find a safe place.

I am so sorry you are hurting and going through so much, hurtingheart1.It is very tough when in a vulnerable place, needing support and the person isn't there.

There isn't an easy and short solution but there are therapies that help feel more empowered so you feel okay on your own and even if someone isn't there suddenly, you would be able to cope with that.

It would take possibly a few months but a good therapy could be very helpful.

Can you distract yourself with something else so that you can eventually get out, if that's going to help you?

Sometimes going for a walk around the area can help. It is tough being in your home.

From past experiences, anything to empower yourself, make you believe in yourself and find a sense of comfort, strength and light can make a difference...
