I'm not sure what you mean but I can see your post.

I would suggest keeping your browser tab open with HU on it so you don’t have to log in and out, if you are not sharing the computer with anyone else.
Sometimes it could be a network error or perhaps the website is down, in which case waiting some time and trying again might solve it.
If you have any trouble please let me know and I will put you in touch with technical support.
Someone on another sight was having intermittent problems yesterday. They did report to HU and they are working on it.

If you could explain what happens (or what doesn't happen ) that might help others share whether they have experienced similar problems. For starters, what browser are you using on what device? Chrome browsers are best supported. A while back, network connect errors were the most common problem. You might see a network connection error message reported in a red banner across the top of your screen and perhaps have had to re-login.
Have you reported your problem to HU Support on at support@healthunlocked.com?
