Hi! I'm new to the group. I want to find healthy support groups, outside of social media, with people I can chat with regarding anxiety, depression, self esteem, women's issues etc. Outside of family and one very good friend of my I don't really have friends. Im happy to find community amongst other people who deal with the kinds of things that I have been through and I am looking forward to chat and learn from other experiences.

This community is wonderful at listening and giving the advice they can. It’s nice to chat with people that can relate with what you’re going through. Welcome and I’m glad you’re here.

Hello! I like your user name!

I joined not too long ago and have already received a lot of kind and wise support.

Going through a difficult makes being on social media feel like a farce.

Better to be among people who understand what you're going through. You will receive more support than you expect!

Hi Resilience! Welcome to this lovely, helpful community. I'm fairly new myself; I always find a kindred spirit when on this site. The people are very genuine and there's a plethora of information for just about everything.

It's nice to "meet" you! Robbie
