I have suffered from PTSD for many years due to a major road accident ,. I would like to share this poem with you all

FINDING LIGHT

LOVE WILL FIND A LIGHT

IN EVERY CORNER OF YOUR HEART

LET THE WORLD LISTEN

FOR THIS IS WHERE WE ALL START

LOVE HAS FOUND THIS LIGHT

IN YOUR HEART TO SHINE SO CLEAR

THE WORLD WILL BE LISTENING

AS EVERY ONE WILL CHEER

WE HAVE FOUND OUR LIGHT

OUR HEARTS WILL SHINE UPON

LET THE WORLD SHOW THE WAY

THAT LOVE WILL GUIDE US ON

DEDICATED TO: ALL NHS CARERS, KEYWORKERS

DOCTORS AND NURSES EVERYWHERE

Ive been in 3 major car accidents n the love of the few that stuck around or helped me from my permanent injuries including PTSD .. are always is in my heart.
