Been gradually getting over losing my friend. Today was going through text to show to my therapist to explain what's going on and why I'm confused. So going through the texts today I felt like I met two different people. She told me things such as having each other's back , sticking by someone when times are tough etc. After she told me she was raped and has PTSD and time passed when I've tried to have her back and stick by her through tough times she hates me even more.
Doesn't make sense how pre told me she was raped the best friend anyone could ask for and afterwards doing everything to discredit me

need to start dealing and healing 
Nightmares aren't leaving me alone 
A Psychiatrist who spent all of 15 minutes told me in a dismissive way I do not have PTSD
