I didn't get it first time Ihave cervical and lumber arthritis disc bulge had a knee replacement , don't give up that's what they want appeal. Go for it and good luck.x
ask for reasons why they turned you down and if they would look at it again if they still say no then tell them you want to appeal, and try and gather as much evidence as you can to build your case, lots of letter from gp and specialists etc
lots of luck im building my case against the esa to be in support group 2nd time round
The best way is to have medical evidence, like a hospital report and x ray results. I have just been declined ESA and am appealing. I am still waiting for the outcome but had strong medical evidence. Your doctor could write a letter - but I know that many are reluctant to do so unless approached by the authorities. Good luck x
Yes I agree with tessintrouble send as much paperwork in as you can I sent in copy's of my MRI scans, physio and doctors letter good luck let me know how you get on xx
Get as many letters from GP`s, Consultants, family, friends, OT, Pain clinic anybody involved in you care. Then when you appeal you have more evidence to send in! Yes ask for a statement of reasons as to why you got turned down! One more thing go and see your MP and get them on the case. I have and they are very helpful they write letters for me too! Good luck with it all, but hang in there x
