Holidays and disabled people

Greetings all,

Following the blog started a few days ago by Wendyjoy, I did a search and came across this website.

I can't go away ever cos I have a blind cat and a diabetic one I have he'll when I need to go hospital but they are all I live for so a holiday or my cats...I pick my cats every time.

Thank you very interesting .. I use a mobilitiy scotter and it is hard to find places that can accommondate it inside.

Hi Aura,

I also use a mobility scooter, but not indoors. I just struggle about as my home does not allow me to use it indoors and no chance of moving! We usually do self-catering when we go away and I always search for disabled adapted accomodation.

iknow-uk.com/ has been really useful for finding very reasonably priced holiday cottages etc with disabled facilities.
