does anyone know of any organisation that provide free or very cheap in the way of a person who could do some painting for me as i can no longer do it and dont have anyone to ask.xx

Try contacting your local Volunteers Centre. Also, possibly social services. There are some organisations that provide free/very cheap household work by volunteers or those on training programs.

thats what i thought with regards to the voulunters but i cant find out any info on them ,thanks for your advice x

Have you tried Age Uk, its not just for elderly people, they may be able to help you or suggest someone xx
