appointment with the atos

just need advice i recieved an appoint letter for a medical with atos the thing is i have been refused esa so i dnt know what the medical is for do i still attend or ignore it

any help would do

I'd still go anyway. It might just help your case to be seen or help with an appeal. ATOS are slow to react. I had one after a knee op. I was off work 12 weeks and saw them 12 weeks after that. Seemed pointless but you never know. Shame the fog isn't visible to others
