got the flipping flu

havinjg been unwell all last week me thinking a fibro flair up again ,no streath ,feeling hot then shivering , didnt make it to my appointment with doc friday , so called doc out today , trust my luck new years eve got the flu ,so sat in pjs with pleanty of hot drinks and parecemantal , going back to bed again still feeling tired ,
