Twelve Days of Fibro

I thought I'd try to inject some Christmas humour after a weekend of tramadol and other drugs

On the first day of Christmas my Fibro gave to me

A sore and aching knee

On the second day of Christmas my Fibro gave to me

Two aching Thumbs

And A sore and aching knee

On the third day of Christmas my Fibro gave to me

Three Aching Toes

Two aching Thumbs

And A sore and aching knee

On the fourth day of Christmas my Fibro gave to me

Four Painful Blood Tests

Three Aching Toes

Two aching Thumbs

And A sore and aching knee

On the fifth Day of Christmas my Fibro gave to me

Fibro Fog makes me forget

Four Painful Blood Tests

Three Aching Toes

Two aching Thumbs

And A sore and aching knee

  • Woot a morning of positive blogs how lovely

Nice one suzyb drat I,ve forgotten it already I should print out the lyrics cos I can play the twelve days of Christmas , slowly on the piano, but what I lack in speed I can make up for in vocals and bellow out the 12 days of fibro so everyone roundabout will know what we go through

    Thanks

    VG x

  • You're welcome VG I think most of them match in no of syllables but with the amount of tramadol in my system I wouldn't guarantee it ;)

  • Brilliant! I shall sing it to myself when I'm suffering at physio today! xxx

  • It's great to be able to laugh about our aches and pains. Laughter brings about healing in it's own way, so the more funnies the better x
