Hello there Lucy, if you mean the Lightning Process, here is some info on this. I personally haven't heard of it before.

Sounds like extreme CBT, from the write-ups on it. I guess there's a danger of pushing yourself too far, but I'd be interested to hear if people had had success with it.

As far as I understand it, it is a psychological therapy using various different techniques.

There certainly used to be a lot of secrecy about what actually happens on their course, but I think they are now a lot more open about the fact that they use aspects of NLP, CBT, etc.

I believe it is very expensive - it certainly used to be.
