i have but have had it for most of my life, i have iron injections as i don't absorb it thro food. Not sure if its fibro related

I have had anemia all my life. tried to give me iron but I am allergic to it, not sure what next steps are yet?

My iron levels ate really low six mths in of taking iron and vit D tablets they are still only 11 . My doctor wants them to be 50 no lower I have also noticed alot of fibro suffers have very low levels of vit D as well take care sue

Anaemia and vitamin12 deficient had to have a course of injections, they said they would boost me up and make me feel a lot better hmmm REALLY! I don't feel any different and have just had to order a stick as I'm afraid to leave the house alone I'm that unsteady now! X

Oh just a little add on! If your on iron tablets take them with a glass of orange juice as it helps the body absorb the iron, I was told this by a GP years ago cheers x

I'm very pale but have only had the odd bout of anaemia every now and then despite regular blood tests.
