FIBO PAIN OR NOT FIBO PAIN

I dont believe after posting about walking and getting up and trying to motivate myself I suddenly now have this excruciating pain just below my left shoulder blade which has just cancelled my walking plans. Sometimes I am not sure what pains are coming from fibromyalgia and if there are pains that have nothing to do with fibromyalgia. !!!!!.. Anyway next time I best keep my walking plans to myself lol

It can be difficult to tell what is a fibro pain or something else .... For me, fibro pain will come on suddenly with no explanation (I didn't bump out injure area for example). Also fibro pain may only last a short time then disappear

Hopefully this pain won't disrupt your new walking regime too much xxx

Yes I agree with about fibo pain coming on for no reason and then it disappears. But yesterday it lasted the whole day. And I felt it had disappeared when I got up to the toilet during the night. My problem is when it's a new pain I start to get anxious and think its something else wrong with me. I need to stop thinking so much... thanks for the reply

Hi.. I've been suffering for 4 month with shoulder pain, it was keeping awake at night and I was getting desperate as it was not getting better with taking my pain/nerve blocker medication.

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder after back and forth to the doctor and I was told it wasn't fibromyalgia related pain.

I was given steroids injections and the pain and stiffness has reduced dramatically in the last 2 weeks.

I would advise you to see your gp as not always the pain is related to fibromyalgia, good luck.

I dog walked way too far yesterday. Felt my energy levels sinking on the way back to the car, pain beginning to kick in. Got nothing else done the rest of the day and was in bed just after 8.30 last night. Back to pace, pace, pace!!!

I find after so many years of this I can tell what is fibro and what is something else but any new symptoms, especially chest pain, dizziness, fainting, should be investigated. I knew the dizziness and fainting I had in the summer weren’t down to fibro, turned out to be a stomach bleed from ulcers I didn’t know I had.

Yes I am still learning about not doing too much when I feel better as I always pay the price. I hope you are better now from your ulcers. God bless

Thank you. All healed now.

Fibro causes singular muscle lock. Just like a hard lump. Fills with blood and congeals causing other muscles to snap over and under, including stretching other muscles to accommodatethe difference. It can feel like a knife in between the shoulder blades. Hard to breath. Stabbing pain.

This you can massage.

Fibro causes an exaggeration of nerve interference..

Do to much on a nerve. And it will echo for a week.

Too much blood supply to the brain nerve cluster pack and you will feel normal hot cold ,bangs and scrapes get worse that night.

It’s hard to put a title of Fibro on some things.

As it’s like. IBS COVERS everything down there till it’s something worse.

Hope this helps.

Yes that describes exactly how I feel right now hard to breathe stabbing pain like a knife in between the shoulder blades. Thank you so much. God bless

Regular deep tissue massage sorts most people’s issues. The small ones are the worst. .
