I would like to thank my friend Debbie for being there yesterday ,as we were going to our Spiritual Church yesterday morning ,I feel in the road , I've pulled muscles i didn't know i had ,she helped me up ,and with her suffering from Fibro herself ,it was a hard job for her ,as im a big lady to.Feeling bit battered today left shoulder/arm is really hurting .Thank you my friend I love you very much xxxx
