Ok so I have had 4 days of some yucky virus first two days were the build up then two days feeling like death. I thought I got off lightly now I realise I can,t sleep, the two days in the bathroom must have flushed my meds out.... It's 1 am it feels like the middle of the afternoon, I don,t like it I have had a year of sleep after nearly 20 of napping and I rather like my sleep now....l I want it back, gins if I don't get my sleep routine back you can cast me as the baddy in the pantomime,

Has anybody seen my sleep, or if anyone has any spare I don't mind sharing

So sorry you've been struggling with the awful virus VG, I thought it had been quiet round here lately! ;) Seriously, I hope you feel better really soon, keep warm, take your meds, no going off in your scooter!

Hope you manage to get some sleep really soon, I bet Gins misses you! You will be cast as the back end of the panto horse if you don't get back soon lol!

Take care and get well soon! :) (((hug))) xxx

Thanks Libby, I don't know where you are geographically but shouldn't you be asleep too? I shall tackle Gins tomorrow about her pantomime and ask if her magic beans help you sleep and get some for us.. Though knowing my luck you will drift off into slumber and .i,ll just get wind

Yep I should be asleep, you know me, the proverbial night owl lol! :)

Sorry VG, I think I had it last night. It was our annual exhibition trip yesterday and while usually pain keeps me awake after days like that, I've just been asleep for nearly 12 hours... I could easily sleep some more but might have to feed the cat first.

I usually sleep really badly so I'm just going to hold onto it for a little while longer before I give it back if you don't mind? xxx

No thats fine Lindy as long as I know where it is at least I haven't lost it myself ;) I shall manage in the meantime by annoying gins and posting late at night to Libby, If she resigns as admin it's my fault :P

Know how you feel, I have been suffering a week now with this awful virus. So blocked up I can't sleep . My daughter and her baby son has had it too, they slept at ours last night so I could help her in the night with him. So although I can't sleep I can at least help someone at the same time. Bless him he's only eight weeks old, breast fed and struggling to feed. I guess he has a bunged up nose and is finding hard to suckle. Oh hope this sunshine today will help to shift it. Oh and I had a flu jab!! With this virus I had aches like flu and a temperature of 103 for two days. Hope you soon feel better, sorry about the moan x
