Hot to Cold!

Does anyone get hot then cold!....or am I still going through the MENOPAUSE!...:-(..Should think iv gone through it by now at 61!!

Hi there,i'm afraid it's very typical of having Fibro, i get hot sweats even when it's pretty chilly out i can feel shivery and cold and then as if out of nowhere a raging hot sweat sweeps over my body leaving me feeling pretty yukky! i thought i was menopausal too i'm 38 and dread it when i do begin the menopause!! Thanks Della,,,,I kind of get "hot headed"...lol...only way i can describe it..said 2 the doc bout them he kind of grinned and more or less said its the menopause!...Eh Typical...xx

Hot headed is the only way to describe it isn't it,i feel it all round the back of my neck and all across my back and my face,well sometimes i don't know why i bother to put makeup on,think i ought to use the waterproof mascara as some days i start looking like Alice Cooper! My hands and feet swell too when i have a hot sweat,yukky,yukky,yukky,yuk!! xxx

I went through my menopause early and stopped having any symptoms four years ago. I go hot and cold all the time and it's down to my Fibro! Drives me nuts, cardy on, cardy off, gloves on, gloves off, socks on, socks off, heated blanket on, heated blanket off, hot water bottle in bed, hot water bottle flung out of bed lol! The list is endless!

Feeling hot and cold is another one of the joys of Fibro I am afraid folks!

It can be so embarrassing when everyone else looks normal and i'm stood there all hot,sweaty and shiny.......Eeeew! lol! xx
