Arm cramp

I seem to keep getting cramp in my forearm. Has only happened this year. Is this happening to anyone else? It's like foot cramp but not much you can do about it there, just wait until it goes away, or has anyone got any helpful ideas that might help?

I used to get cramp in my hips and like your arms theirs nothing i could do, it could be that the muscle is feeling over worked??!!

Hi I drink tonic water because it has a little quinine in it or make sure you add a little salt to your dinner. akk the best xgins

I had considered salt but forgotten all about the tonic water which I did when I kept getting leg cramps. Thanks for reminding me.

I have had cramps in my forearms and also down the side of my legs and the side of my feet unusual and very painful.....I didn't know what to do for the best, just kept massaging until they eventually went away.

I never had cramps like these before fibro so I do wonder if it's my body trying to get some relief from the pain ... who knows seems fibro has so many different effects on our bodies.

I've just had a few months of peace from it, but am now getting it flooding back, it feels worse as I know now what it feels like not to be in so much pain......ah well such is life, and to top it all I;ve got toothache and toothache at the mo
