itchy

Been feeling ok today so went for a walk to the post office which is about 15mins away, and my legs started itching and burning any one else have this. hugs Annexx

I am itching everywhere! It drives me mental. My poor hubby, I am waking him about 100 times a night to ask him to scratch a place I cant reach! Even my feet itch! x

Yes I have itching legs and arms and back! I am that bad at scratching that my legs are scratched and I actually broke the skin now they are hot itchy and sore. Stupid me lol

thank you for your replies,its rotten isnt it, tops of my legs are burning and i feel like scratching all over , is this part of fibro ,i havent changed my shower gels or anything like that.huxxgs Anne

Funny, I was telling my Midwife daughter about itching and how we wonder if it is a side effect of Fibro. She says more likely a side effect of what ever medication we are on. Especially if any are morphine based. She said to me and I pass this on to you others, if I take Piriton or similar and it stops the itching, then points to an alergic reaction to our meds. Thing is, if itching is the only side effect, and the medication works for the pain, then I for one would accept that as a necessary evil. I will try the Piriton and see what happens, as my itching has definately got much worse since being on the morphine based pain patches. Watch this space as they say!! XX

All-over itching can sometimes be liver-related, might be a thought to discuss with GP.
