Oh gosh I do sympathise. I get so bloody itchy. A warm bath and diprobase cream afterwards does help a bit. There’s an anti itch cream called Eurax which does calm it down.

Thanks pat it's a nightmare isn't it xxx

I've being going through a bad episode of itching. I have tried every cream under the sun.

I still itch but it's calmed down since I bought some Aqueous cream to wash/shower with instead of soap.

It might be a coincidence as things do kind of flare up then subside on their own.

I will have to get some it's driving me mental xxxx

I also have this itching problem but only in certain areas. I get itchy in the top half of my body mainly my back is the worse. It starts when my body temperature starts to rise a bit. The only thing to help is a cool fan to reduce my temperature back to normal which can take a bit of time. No creams work for me.

Me too, so uncomfortable, wakes me up at night. Scratching makes mine worse. I itch and burn

It seems to flare up after eating and after years of blaming different foods and avoiding them I am coming to the conclusion that it's all down fibro.

Tried doctors a couple of years ago. They said it's my age (78) but gave me a wash cream and a skin cream which I have used ever since. I guess we just have to accept the prickling, itching, burning skin as nothing seems to stop it.

Thanks Hun I itch and think omg is that my livers or kidneys then remember me bloods are all normal so it must be fibro so many Symtoms drives ya mad it's not your age I'm 32 and itch my doc said itching is not part of fibromyalgia I really need to change doctors xxxxxxxxxx

I have had this itching for 20ys along with fibro. I figure that if the itching was caused by some other serious condition I probably wouldn't still be here.
