My hands / handles are not playing the game today

I had problems yesterday with my hands new place base of my fingers

pretty sore on pain scale I would say 8 flickering to nine

do not know where to put them I am wearing my hand splints but no difference today.

Having always been very " handy" you know crafty , I was a florist, also lots of dress making art gardening all hand pursuits.

I think I shall go and pop them in warm water for a bit might help
