Diddle I have been the same swollen hands and fingers etc since last Friday i thought it was flu on top of the fibro really can't be bothered doing anything. I even tried your cake cure lol but it didn't work, do you think if I tried another cake it might work!!!!!! soft hugs squidley
my arms and shoulders are like that constantly, fingers also but not as bad, it doesnt help with my job am constantly cooking and serving food all day.
i just keep popping the pain killers and hope for the best. anne xx
I must admit my arms especially also my hands slightly feel like that, but I'm sure thats because I couldnt sleep last night so I read a book for a while, but I can never hold a book for too long! oh the joys

i have the same problems in my fingers , hands ,elbow ,shoulder ,neck and back non stop , heat pads , hot baths or showers , pain gel and three lots of painkillers thats my daily routine of it

hi i a on co codamol/amiytritiline/citralopram/butrans morphine patch 20mg and ferrous sulphate/apidepidine/pepermint capsules/senna/laxido nice little mixture lol love diddle x
