MY HANDS ARE IN SO MUCH PAIN :(

I dont know what is up with my hands at the min they are so painful all my arms too and across my shoulders

you would think that it would be my mouth with all the gossiping and chatting i have done today not to mention all the cake eating

Diddle I have been the same swollen hands and fingers etc since last Friday i thought it was flu on top of the fibro really can't be bothered doing anything. I even tried your cake cure lol but it didn't work, do you think if I tried another cake it might work!!!!!! soft hugs squidley

my arms and shoulders are like that constantly, fingers also but not as bad, it doesnt help with my job am constantly cooking and serving food all day.

i just keep popping the pain killers and hope for the best. anne xx

I must admit my arms especially also my hands slightly feel like that, but I'm sure thats because I couldnt sleep last night so I read a book for a while, but I can never hold a book for too long! oh the joys

I'm glad Diddle enjoyed the cake and gossip sounds like lots of fun but hope the pain goes better quickly for you xxx

i have the same problems in my fingers , hands ,elbow ,shoulder ,neck and back non stop , heat pads , hot baths or showers , pain gel and three lots of painkillers thats my daily routine of it

hope it gets a little easier for you x

hi i a on co codamol/amiytritiline/citralopram/butrans morphine patch 20mg and ferrous sulphate/apidepidine/pepermint capsules/senna/laxido nice little mixture lol love diddle x

Hi Diddle, im on the first three you are on. But not the rest. Been given Gabapentin. But im so forgetful, and mood swings. How long you had fibro?? Hope your hands are better today. Hug & love to you xx
