Hi everyone. I'm back on here at last. I've had problems tryiny to access my account. I could not sign in and when I tried to use my email address to get my password back it said I wasn't registered. After trying many times I decided the only thing to do would be to set up another email account and use the new address to join with. Well, I tried that but then the site was full and so still would not let me in. I just kept trying for the next couple of weeks and eventually, Here I am. It's good to be back ! I hope you remember me. Hugs to all- Charles.

Hello everyone. Thanks so much for the lovely messages and welcomes.

It's good to be back in contact with such lovely caring people.

Since I was last on here I've changed my Dr and got some help with my appeal to re-instate my incapacity benefit. I've also had a blood test to check for any vitamin deficiencies. It showed I was slightly deficient in iron, which is probably due to my diet so not to worried about that. I also got some evidence from my last employer for my appeal (just 12 hours a week in a local hotel as a painter /decorator.)

They have written a letter saying that I did a good job but because of my illness I could only work slowly and was becoming more tired and ill every week,so they thought I should leave. Also got a letter from the Dr's confirming my consultation with professor Pinching and his diagnosis / recommendations re work etc. I have also been referred to an occupational therapist and CPN.

I hope everyone here is doing okay and I look forward to chatting with you all.

Love and hugs to all. x x x Charles.

Rain, rain, and more rain. I can't believe it can rain for so long. Down here in st Mawes we've had rain non stop for weeks. It's not good news for fibro sufferers, makes you ache even more. Hopefully the sun will get through soon. I hope every-one is feeling as well as they can.

hugs x Charles
