Hi there

Quite a few of our forum members tried this, a few months back. I think it was only a few that found it helped.

Anyhow, hopefully some of them will be along soon.

I was reading up on it the other day and from what I remember the answer was that it took about a week to kick in. Do a search on the forum to see their replies. Can't remember how it's done now, but it can't be difficult if I did it lol 😀🐸

Yes I tried it for 2 months several years back when they gave a free trial.  I had hoped that it would help my lower back and hip pain but unfortunately it did nothing for it.  There were still hours left in it so have it to a friend but she didn't find it helpful either although I believe there are a few on the forum that have said they have had some pain relief.

I have a feeling it is according to how deep seated the pain us and how long you have had it which makes a difference to what relief it gives.  What suits one doesn't suit another.  Always worth a try as it is not going  to cause any harm and is not like pumping drugs into our systems.  I found it quite comfortable to wear.  Good luck with it and let us know how you get on.x

Hi Hurdler, I had mine on for 7 days. Better if you wear all the time I think.

I put mine on, on a Frid 5pm. Had bad night, pain all day Sat. But Sat night ok & it really helped & I've bought another one.

Hi. I got one last week. Wore it for several days. Sadly no relief. Didn't feel any different. Very disappointed. But my pain is in sacroiliac l5 joint so might be better on muscular pain. Good luck. Let us know if it helps. Where is your pain.

I use it for my lower back pain ... It doesn't take  pain away but stops it increasing too severely.   Sadly it does nothing for my fibro pains
