Hi Poppy I did that yesterday at 6pm and my Husband couldn't wake me till 8.30pm, had a lovely salad for tea and then an hour later I was back in bed, and then I didn't wake until 10am this morning, fatigue and jet lag are just wonderful, trying so hard to not close my eyes, it is soooo hard!!

Me too, I have had a cat nap this afternoon, my partner has made my tea and i could just go to bed right now. I am off upstairs to watch emmerdale and i really dont know if i can keep my eyes open.
