Have you not seen or contacted your G.P. I would recommend you do that and not sit and suffer in silence.

Hello just read your post I am a severe fibro sufferer along with athritus stomach problems thyroid problem been diagnosed with gall stones which does not help with diarrhea I suggest you visit your doctor and ask for a scan as in the early days I had no pain but suffered with constant diarrhea my doctor tells me fibro sufferers are at risk of these bowel problems due in my case to being stressed out all the time any upset causes me to have dreadful diarrhea even to the point of having no control over my bowel very distressing my other advice to you would be watch your diet plenty of fruit and veg chicken and fish believe me although sometimes bland it does help I really feel for you as these illnesses are very debilitating I wish you well

I just didn't go much and then it wasn't firm, funnily enough he gave me a laxative, a blockage can cause other material to pass by, hence the diarrhoea.

See your doctor, dont wait like me, best of luck :-)

I had IBS - diarrhoea mainly - for many years. I found it improved when I had cut out gluten/wheat from my diet. Also, if I'm going somewhere and am worried I may have an 'accident' I take Co-Codamol (just one) which helps me enormously.

Good luck.

I go to the dollar general and get a bottle of anti diarrhoeal. I start out with 3 and then two everytime I go and usually by the third or forth dose i have it under control.
