Is this a symptom of Fibro? I've been getting pains in hand, fingers and wrists when using my phone I was putting it down to arthritis as I have this in all these areas.

Sounds as though you are going through a flare. I used tomfight them like crazy and realised I just made myself worse. I now try and go with the flow and rest as much as possible and keep saying "this too will pass" reminding myself I have been there before and got through it. Hope you will be feeling better soon.x

People vary imensely in symptoms and relief. Ive spent most of my 56 years feeling like a hypochondriact. So ive resorted to alternative methods to ease my symptoms. Only just had fibro confirmed. The things ive found are lack of sleep triggers everything. Stress snd anxiety. Realy bad. So relaxation tracks, hypnotherapy crystals and aromatherapy have all helped. Anf reduced intake of sulphites and a daily dose of antihistamines, helped imensely. Antidepresants help 2. Combination of these and my weighted blanket has reduced the symptoms . I take paracetamol if bad. Listen to my body. Hope something here helps

I'm pretty much the same, seem to be in a permanent flare. I try to keep going as best I can and also try to listen to my body and rest when I need to. I do manage both days to go out walking with out little dog and I think that is good for my mental health. Take care and hope thing improve for you

Try n stay positive.

I too hurt all over have just gone back to work after 10 weeks off sick hours been reduced but struggling working in office based role from home , I struggled to get out of chair today but still made myself go on 20 min walk with supports on most of my joints. Felt more positive afterwards.

Keep going.xx
