Shattered

I am absolulty shattered. I think the last few weeks have caught up on me. But another thing is the sun is out. I have noticed when the sun is out i feel like crap. My gp and specialists are baffled. My pain isnt any worse today but i could just sleep for a week.

Well you are fortunate to see the sun!! WE have grey skies, rain and brrrrrrrrrr cold! I have put the heating on!!

I am shattered too Kel, but think its all part and parcel!!! Just wish we could get some blue skies and sunshine..............................

I can agree with you with the sun thing...although the sun lifts my spirits, I get bad headaches from the light, I can't cope with heat at all, so if gets too warm I have to hide indoors) and I feel extra tired.

Though I do enjoy this time of year when it's warmer than the winter.

Yeah that sounds like me, i am glad i am not the only one though lol.

Its reall weird isnt, my pain is still worse in winter though.

Its lovely where i am today and thr forecast says it is staying. I love it for being able to fling all the windows open to let fresh air circulate the house.
