just found out today that my niece of 18 years has follicular cancer,, she had a large lump on her thyroid gland, she was operated on tues. and its cancer... its just the shock... she is a lovely girl, and i think the word caner especially in the young shocks us all....
she has a lovely strong family, and i am sure she will be ok, but its still a big shock to us..

I am so sorry to hear your news and am thinking of you you and your family you need to be strong for your niece and help her get all the strenghth she can to fight that awful disease well that certainly gives you a big kick up the bottom doesnt and makes you realise life is too short and we have to grab evrey oppotunity love to you diddle x
hi there,so sorry to hear about your niece,i knew someone with the same cancer,she is only 22 she had a lot of chemo for a few months she has now finished her treatment and doing realy well,the last scan she had and there is no signs of the cancer,so there is hope be strong for your niece hope everything goes well for her x
