I definately think you are nocturnal Diddle, up all night and can sleep in the day lol.

I used to have TV etc. in my bedroom but was advised to take it out and keep the bedroom for sleep only to try and train the brain that when you go to bed its time for sleep. Sometimes it works and sometimes not!!.

Well, Andrew has Lion King on now and has got his 2nd wind so I must try and get him off to bed soon.Wouldn't mind if he stayed in bed in the mornings but he will be up playing xbox at stupid o clock.

By the way, wish I could do a 360% spin, when I want a nose i wouldn't miss so much then would I. I love to people watch when I'm out dont know about you.

Bye for now and catch up tomorrow. Love Angela xxx

lol you make me laugh i loved the lion king film . hopefully will settle into sleep again soon just a phase i am going through and th etrouble is i cant sleep inthe day either wish i could love to you too diddle x

Hey Diddle. I went to bed last night at about 6pm to try to get rid of a really nasty headache; couldn't even face eating dinner. Deep Heat rubbed into neck and shoulders and cold strip on forehead. Got up again about 9pm with slight residue of the headache, but it soon came back with a vengeance!

Back to bed again at 11.30pm. Managed to watch a little bit of TV, just needed to rest head and neck comfortably. Switched off TV after about an hour...awake again at 4am! Gave up and been downstairs ever since.

I almost always have bad nights like everyone else, and I frequently have to go back to bed during the day. I'm not saying I sleep any better in the daytime, but at least I can rest comfortably if nothing else.

Before I got Fibro, if I was ill with Flu or something, I always slept better during the day and couldn't sleep well at night. Now, I just don't sleep well any time!!

I hope you manage to get some much needed sleep soon and recharge your batteries!

Hugs,

Carolanne. xx

aw thanks it is awful to think of us all sitting in our bedrooms in pain not sleeping tossing and turning it is strange isnt it ? yeah i do sometimes go sit on my bed in the afternoon like you comfortable and jus maybe we may drop off lol love to you didddle and hope yor ead is better love diddle x

I've recently discovered the properties of Lettuce of all things. Eating lettuce or juicing it with carrot before bed really does seem to help with dropping off.....
