Amidst all this madness and pain, let me move forward through my fog and become a positive person once again. Positivity is such a strong emotion, we go through so many lows not too many highs and indeed suffer many many emotions, anger, hurt, dissapointment, fear and many many more.

So when the sun is shining let us place ourselves under it and soak up some lovely Viamin D which raises the seratonin levels.
