Hello Cromedome, why was there a ban from this forum if I may ask? I don't want to break the rules so that is why I'm asking.
Iv been a member for a long time my name was Erny There was another member a young guy or could of been a boy or just weird any way he took a dislike to me and sent me a crude private message So what I done was let rip and got a ban But I done it all wrong I should of reported him but no matter he got booted of the for-am Anyway I got the ban for swearing But I learnt now all the rules are there to read and the forum is much better managed now It a great forum to be on people he now are very friendly and admin staff are great xx

I had to close my Facebook Account about 4 years ago because someone was taunting my husband and I. Unfortunately it was a family member and we didn't want to report her so we both canceled our accounts. Please take care of yourself.
Hi Emy1313 , the reason for being banned from the forum is usually because the Guidelines have been broken.
If you look at the blue PINNED POSTS to the right of the screen, you will see HealthUnlocked Guidlines. The ones that most frequently get broken is swearing, even mild bad language isn’t allowed. If the situation is making you want to swear in anger or frustration, then **oo*y blank the word out with !”@@#. Then there’s Politics, no naming & shaming. Also Religion is best avoided too.
Admin will censor posts, and give you a warning, and if you persist in breaking the Guidlines, you will get banned from the forum for a period of time. If the warnings aren’t heeded, you will be removed from the forum permanently.
It may sound petty, but it provides a safe, and non -confrontational, and supportive atmosphere within the forum.

Hi hunny, yes feeling better today, I've already been rearranging things and cleaning I know I will over do it today and end up being in agony tonight but I'm so behind on everything!
I wish I could just wiggle my nose and snap my fingers and make the house tidy!
I'm sick of my medicine I'm on that much I feel like an extra from the walking dead !
But there's lots of people worse off than me so im thankful I can at least function for today. One day at a time with fibromyalgia.....

Great to hear you're having a better day 💚. I'd say go gently, but I know that when I get a little bit of energy, it's either 'use it, or lose it', and it's easy to get behind with just about everything, the way we so often feel Sweetie!
You on new meds, or just what feels like too many of the flaming things? They can be disabling on their own. I know some of mine have the ability to cause me pain ~ so I take them at the end of my day, if I can't avoid taking them. I swear Big Pharma have a lot to answer for ... grrrrr...

Hi. Do you find any non pharma supplements helpful. Its worth trying to ensure you are well topped up on minerals and vitamins. As a fellow witch/natur I have improved since taking magnesium citrate and vit D 3. Also take a good multivit and mineral supplement. 😄
Thanks Hun, yes I've been taking magnesium,tumeric,vitamin d and b, CBD oil, ginger, angelica , willow I've tried lots haha I'm on stupid Ammounts of meds though so I've got to be careful which herbs ingest x

Good to meet you Violett, my get up and go has definitely got up and gone today !! Trying hard to motivate myself for sewing group this evening, haven't even brushed my hair yet, But I did go out yesterday with a friend for a very tasty curry, that's my social quota used up for the week. I am in my 50's now but I used to be 40 with an 80 year old body ! hope you enjoyed your football and are feeling somewhat more motivated today, all the best
Yes I have had more motivation today, however I've seriously overdone it and now I feel like I've done 10 rounds with Tyson Fury!
