Having another bad day today trying to stay positive but

finding it very hard.

Some many different pains & symptoms.

A symptom that seems to be making me worse is feeling

very warm that makes muscles tighten & feel so tired.

yes i agree it is hard to stay positive sometimes but i do try but every now and then i crack and when i do i go big time i am like a baby lol jus sob and sob and let it ll out its not nice but i do it as it does you good and of course i come on here and someone always make sme laugh or smile love to you diddle x
