Feelimg dizzy tired and anxious today Everything feels like a dream around me. I'm so tired of it all. So much I want to do, so many places I want to see. I just want to feel well and healthy. Can't remember the last time I did Feeling very low guys x

Sorry you are feeling so low today, take it easy and rest if you can, I hope you feel better soon. I try to take each day as it comes. If I have a bad day and can't do anything I rest and relax and think tomorrow will be a better day.

Sounds as if you are having one of those days it will . Pass I k ow so easy for me to say. Well I do understand I am use to them what to do.make acuppa put your feet up pamper yourself. Sit in the sun or watch a movie relax. Hope that helps. Xgins

I used to have these dizzy spells myself and it is not a very nice thing to have. I don't like taking a lot of drugs stuff prescribed by my doctor so I take stuff from this website and there is an email address on it on the right hand side if you are unsure about anything and would like to know more. Why not give it a try?

I have diabetes and fibromyalgia as well so I take some stuff to help with these after getting fed up of the pains and being on crutches, I don't use my crutches anymore
