Why do things always go from bad to worse ?

I've been feeling lousy the last day or so but my lovely man has been taking good care of me ........ until today . He's managed to put his back out feeding the chickens ( I know that isn't funny but I did have a little chuckle when he was explaining it to the doc ) . So the household now consists of me - good for nothing . Fiancé - good for even less. And autistic son - totally bemused by it all.

It's going to be a fun couple of days ! If we didn't have bad luck in this house , we'd have no luck at all !

Ha-ha at least you have a sense of humour I also had a chuckle!!!

Really hope things sort themselves out very soon and that you can get some family help for you all.

If I didn't laugh ruby I'd cry ! I did once know someone who put his back out lifting the toilet seat though lol.

Wish you both well very soon Helen. What a carry on! I'm not great in the luck department usually either.

Thanks Jules , it seems like the chaos theory round here at the moment , if it can go wrong it does go wrong . The doc says his back has gone into spasm and I know how painful that is , but there is nothing I can do to help him ( and I'm afraid I make a terrible nurse anyway ) . After one day of it I'm exhausted and it could last weeks :(

Thanks Sue,

I'm taking bets on which will come first , him getting better or me losing it with him ! When I'm in pain - which is most of the time - I will go to bed and like to be left alone. Rich on the other hand likes to constantly moan and wants things fetching NOW . I can't even go to the loo in peace !!!!

lol, typical man, whinging and whining. My other half had a sore yesterday with work and honestly if i heard him say it once he said it a hundred times lol.

I asked him to take the bin out and you should of seen him exagerating his walk, it was pathetic lol.

I eneded up in bed first to get away from whinging. and guess what, he is better today and guess what i am not lol.

Hope he gets better soon for your sake lol.

Tell me about it kel ! I've no doubt he's in pain ( be difficult not to know ! ) but there really isn't anything I can do. I can barely look after myself at the moment .

He can't walk very well but I just wish he'd think about what he wants before I sit down again !
