Well I stepped gingerly onto the scales this morning,, and I must say I was pretty much amazed... I must have been eating the most junk in our house and blaming my family for it disappearing.... All I have done this week is stop eating the junk and eating three times a day sensibly and I.ve lost........3lbs..... I was 10st 81/4 pounds I am now 10st 51/4 pounds...
Good yes but still heavier than I thought I was .... So here's to next week as long as something comes off next week I will be happy however small...
Good luck to all the fellow healthy eaters and all the new healthy eaters who are starting this week

Well done VG,that's really good,I started weight watchers yesterday,I met some nice people, one even had ME and Fibro!
In one year I have gone from 9 and a half stone to 11 stone 9 lb!
I have a very sweet tooth and will eat anything going so its going to be tough but I'm finally giving a go and really want to get back to what I weighed a year ago...PB xx
Thanks pink I want to be between 9 and 9and a half that's what I was two years ago... Nearer the 9 would be better but as I,m limited by exercise not sure it's achievable,
I am one week into the whole healthy eating thing and like you I was born with a sweet tooth!! I have lost just over 5lbs in first week and I must say I am pleased as I am horribly overweight at the moment.
Even managed to go to gym for a walk on treadmill and a bit of cycling on Sunday. I wont overdo it though as too many veggies and no biccies will make me fail
Well done VG................. I am starting new eating habits from today, been so poorly lately and just picked at food but have to get to grips with it all. Feel like a beached whale at best of times. Can't be helping with all my ailments x
Amazing, VG - it always encourages you when you get a good weight loss.
I have decided to get over the Christmas binge and have a few weeks of healthy eating. I don't weigh myself, but when my best jeans feel tight - I know it's time to cut down on the sweeties!
