Problems with car travel?

can anyone tell me if they have problems with car travel? Suffer with sciatica or seizure type symptoms.....thanks x

I don't travel by car very much but when i do it's stiffness that gets to me. I also travel with a pillow to wedge between the door and my arm...just for cushioning (obviously I'm the passenger)!

i still drive but can no longer do long distance driving due to stiffness and extreme exhaustion even with a break every 2 hrs its still to much for me now, on plus side i can still manage locally on good days only
