Well had alovely painful day whole body is aching and crying out for some releif just had 2 co codamol and hot bath and now going to sign off and sit in the lounge i=with my heat/massage pad and just chill for a bit. hopefully get some restbite for a bit . you all have nice evening and lots of soft hugs to you all Diddle xxxxxxxxx
