Hi, Does anyone know how you go about getting a letter about your diagnosis of fibromyalgia and how it affects you from your gp?

Maybe you could make an appointment with your GP and request the information ?

hi

I paid £30 for a letter from my GP which I included a copy of as evidence for my initial assessment.

When it’s getting close to known reassessment time I will pay another £30 for an up to date one as things have changed considerably since the last one.

Hope you get sorted 😘
