I kept a diary that helped me find my irritants triggers etc

Yes pain and much discomfort you are correct there. Do you suffer all the other things to like IBS , hyper sensitivity , blepheritis etc. ? The list is endless.

yes that’s very true and at different stages.Mostly people have some other auto immune disease too.What meds are you on or tried

I'm afraid to say Bigfella76,

This is true, Many of us try not to show our pain if we can,This is probably why our loved ones sometimes have a hard time giving support and don't understand the level of pain we are in,I spend so much time being a regular 7 out of 10 but have a full 10 far too often,

Don't focus too much on others and how they cope, finding what works for you would help you greatly,

Slow and large stretches in the morning tend to be a must, I hope you find a way to help yourself

Yes that's what I have found out also. We all seem to have the same problem but different things work for different people. Just now I have been taken off my pain relief and trying to get by with just ibuprofen,as I was close to being hooked on Codine. Other things don't seem to work.
