Hi all, been feeling more tired of late, had a blood test recently. Went from ca. 550 to 230 in 6 months (the ok levels are 200 - 900).Gp never said that ibuprofen and Lansoprazole can negatively affect b12 levels! (according to below)

It took 18 months for a gastroenterologist to tell me this. I luckly asked questions relating swallowing to tiredness and the fibromyalgia.

So a nice thankyou to Peterborough city Dr for this info!

Ive stopped taking ibuprofen like 4hr sweets. Slowly taking another to help with reflux. So far so good, staying warey. But positive for last few days 😁💪👍 stay strong all 😘.

Health.
