Good morning, I hope that you had a restful and not too painful night 🤗I am very stressed in this period as the instability of not knowing what's going to be is making my fibromyalgia flare up so much.

I need your help and advice if possible.

I had my PIP Review a few days ago, still waiting their decision and the waiting is very stressful.

Then I will be having the Universal Credit review in a couple of weeks and it's stressing me so much as I don't remember what they are asking and also the fact that now they are going to ask about how are you spending your money and accessing you bank statements it's so worrying.. these financial helps are vital to me as I am too sick to work, fibromyalgia has completely destroyed my life and due to another health condition I had a knee surgery, where the surgeon has created other issues (and stillhe is still trying to brush it under the carpet) I am awaiting another operation from another surgeon and my old surgeon is gosting me, not taking any responsibility of his wrong doing all . Anyway, sorry for lashing out I am so so stressed and overwhelmed.

Does anyone had their universal credit reviewed? What's are they asking about? I have nothing to hide but we all know that with those review assessments you have to be prepared, if not you risk to be majorly underpaid or not helped at all, and for me this financial helps are absolutely vital as I have none, after years kf rhose illnesses I have found myself very much alone with just my b****y illnesses and pains. Sorry feeling a bit sorry for myself in these period.

Can someone please help me anyhow?

How has your universal Credit review been? What have they asked? I just want to be prepared so that my stress levels goes down a little and making my best to do t f**k It up ..

If someone has also advice about medical negligence .. do I have to take an injury lawyer? (But I don't bave much money..the no win no fee ones seems useless)

If you can help anyhow please let me know , would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime I hope that the heat is not affecting you too much and wishing you all the best, take care sending a big hug to whoever needs it x

Hi

Oh dear sounds like you are having a rough time!

When I had my UC review they were mainly just asking for clarification of some transactions in the bank account. Please do not worry about the UC review it is nowhere near as bad as the PIP one. Xx

Hi Noodlenan,Thank you for your response, it helps 😊 My pip review went well, as I was prepared. Well, I am still waiting for their decision so I still don't know the end result 😅.

During the UCR , are they asking how your health conditions are affecting you? With all dates etc? Just need to know if I have to write down all what's going on with me as if I don't with the stress it's likely I forget very important stuff..

I hope you are having a nice day, and thanks again x
