Yes, every single night😵‍💫

Think it’s more to do with my hormones though, so not sure it’s completely Fibromyalgia for me.

My sleep with just M.E was poor, but with fibro & my hormones, it’s a vicious circle and I’m lucky to get 2hrs each night.

Would be lovely to have a full nights sleep & wake up refreshed for once🙏🏻

Me too Tina. Used to sleep great with melatonin but they seem not to be working. Going to come off them for a while. Take care xx

With fibromyalgia, there are losses we have to grieve. The loss of the life you used to have when you were fit and active is a huge loss xx 😢

I still grieve something silly, It's still reminding me what I can't do any more, I try new things all the time though,So I just have to accept it 😓🥺🥺

It's hard sometimes and it's ok to acknowledge that. It's part of coming to a place of acceptance xx

You could try a referral from your gp to a sleep clinic. I had this problem and now use a mandibular advancement device (MAD)

It helps me sleep right through the night.

Take care,
