Tina any tips
Hi Lovecoffee,
Oh yes me too I just cannot keep my eyes open & very tender everywhere.
It's very difficult this fibro business alongside menopause symtoms too......tough times.
I hope the day in bed helps you.
Hugs & more.

A day in bed is good treatment for fms. Learn to do what your body tells you is right and try to enjoy it. Been there, done that and still do when I need to.
Yes as soon as autumn comes it gets worse , the pain and tiredness, I'm not great in summer if it gets too hot either as I can't control my body temperature very well. At least in autumn we can tuck ourselves away to keep warm and rest. Take care xx
The same. I have my thick winter leggings on under a long knitted dress and a neck warmer. I’m also sitting in my recliner with a heat pad behind me. I bought some barefoot shoes (which my husband has to put on!) to try. They’re certainly very comfortable but I’ve got socks on and I’m not too sure if I should be wearing socks. I think I’ll soon be putting my sheepskin slipper boots back on. I’ve lived in them all summer. I have noticed I’m getting more muscle spasms with the change of temperature and my joints, especially elbows and hips are very stiff. I’m 69 and seem to have reached the age of ‘what do you expect’?
I always feel much more painful everywhere as the weather gets colder. From September to about May I use a vitamin D spray as extra of this vitamin can help with pain (apparently). I also take a daily multi vitamin/mineral and use a magnesium spray on tight leg muscles at night....it's supposed to help with RLS.
Yes! I usually enjoy Autumn when it's an Indian summer but this year have not enjoyed it very much as the rain has made worse weeds and depressing dampness. At least we are on a planet that creates Chocolate, and for you obviously, coffee! Gives me migraines but then it's now possible to get decent decaff and coffee bags. Keep sipping and maybe the rain will stop. ☕☕☕☕☕☕
