good luck . ive filled mine in myself i am just wating for a letter from my gp then i will post it and see what happens . i am not holding my breath though xxx
It went well she is lovely. She has written most of it and told me enough info hopefully.
She says i will proberbly be entitled to low rate for both which is what i thought so fingers crossed i will get it. Not holding my breath that i wont have to appeal.
Feel better though as i have someon i can phone for advice etc...
Last time I went to CAB all they did was go through the form and and talk over the questions with me. I was told they could do no more as it had to be in my own words and they didn't have the time to write it for me
A friend of mine was told she couldnt have DLA, she got her daughter to write a letter about her condition and got it on appeal. No problem, obviously worth doing if they refuse you.
Good luck jazher - a tip I was given years ago when it was a lot easier to get DLA was to describe every day as my worst day. They've got round this with the "it various" tick box. So when I get mine turned down and have to appeal, I take my two worst days and say it varies between them!
